Scholarship

Scholarship Information:

The Charlotte Alumnae Panhellenic Council (APC) awards a scholarship each year to an active member of a National Panhellenic Council (NPC) group on the Queens Universtiy or University of North Carolina – Charlotte (UNCC) campus.

Application Qualifications:

  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Be a rising sophomore or post-graduate student at Queens or UNCC.

  • Be an active member of an NPC group on the Queens or UNCC campus.

  • Complete the application form.

  • Obtain letter of recommendation from a chapter advisor stating the applicant is in good standing financially.

What's next?

Once the application is filed with the Greek Relations office at the respective campuses, the GPA is verified by the University and all documentation is forwarded to the Scholarship Chair of the Charlotte Alumnae Panhellenic Council.

A committee comprised of APC members who do not have a chapter on either campus evaluates and choses a recipient.  Once chosen, the recipient will be notified by the APC Scholarship Chair.

Applications are provided to all NPC Chapter Presidents and Advisors on both campuses, and are accepted in the winter/spring of each year for the following academic year.
